Luis Duarte Acosta has extensive experience in engineering and project management, currently serving as a Customer Service Project Manager at E80 Group since August 2016, where responsibilities include coordinating automation projects and managing equipment updates for clients in Canada, the USA, and Mexico. Previous roles include Automation Engineer, with expertise in Fanuc & PLC software, specializing in the development and troubleshooting of production line equipment, and internships in mechanical and electronic design, process engineering, and optimization of conveyor systems. Luis earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey and Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha, complemented by a certification in Mechanical Drafting and CAD from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
