William Bianchi do Msc Facep

William Bianchi DO MSc FACEP serves as the Medical Director for Sharp Coronado Emergency Services at EA Health since June 2023, while concurrently holding the position of Emergency Medicine Physician at Sharp HealthCare since 2019. Prior to these roles, William Bianchi was an Assistant Professor of Military and Emergency Medicine at the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences from 2019 to June 2023, and served in various capacities at the US Navy, including Research Director of the Department of Emergency Medicine at Naval Medical Center San Diego and Director of Medical Services at Camp Lemonnier. William Bianchi's academic background includes a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine, a Master of Science in Physiology and Biophysics from Georgetown University, and a Certificate in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapies and Research from California Institute of Integral Studies. Additional training includes a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Barbara and certifications in emergency and rescue services.
