Nigel Thomson

Nigel Thomson is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in leadership positions across various organizations. Currently serving as GM Finance at EA Networks since January 2022, Nigel previously held the role of General Manager Corporate Services at Landcare Research from February 2014 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as CFO and General Manager Business Services at the Institute of Environmental Science and Research Ltd (ESR) from June 2012 to February 2014, as well as Group Commercial Controller at Contact Energy Ltd from April 2009 to June 2012. Nigel began a career at Price Waterhouse Coopers, where the title held was Director from January 1996 to April 2009. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration in Accounting, both obtained from Victoria University of Wellington between 1992 and 1995.
