Mireille Duclos

Mireille Duclos has extensive experience in human resources, having held various leadership roles in multiple companies. Mireille is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at EAG Laboratories, where they provide consultative solutions for materials and engineering product problems. Prior to this, Mireille was the Director of Human Resources at Leiters, a compounding pharmacy and pharmaceutical outsourcer. Mireille led the company's human capital strategy and implemented various HR tools and systems. Mireille also served as the VP of Human Resources at Amerit Fleet Solutions, where they led the implementation of key HR systems and reorganized the HR service delivery model. Before that, they worked as the Director of Organizational Development & Human Resources at Nestlé and as the Region HR Manager at Sears Home Services.

Mireille Duclos holds a Masters degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Southern California. In addition, they have obtained various certifications, including "Performance Management: Setting Goals and Managing Performance" from LinkedIn in 2021, and "Delivering Employee Feedback," "Managing Experts," and "Managing Experienced Managers" from LinkedIn in 2020. Mireille also has certifications as a PDI Profilor, DISC Behavioral Analyst, and Certified Kotter Change Agent, obtained from PDI Profilor.
