Abdelhady Elhoufy

Abdelhady Elhoufy is a seasoned marine engineer with a comprehensive background in marine engineering and maintenance. Currently serving as a 2nd Engineer at Eagle Bulk Shipping Inc. since June 2022, Abdelhady has previously held positions including 3rd Marine Engineer and 4th Marine Engineer at the National Navigation Company, where responsibilities included operation and maintenance of generators, safety device testing, and main air compressors. Earlier roles also encompassed responsibilities as an Assistant Engineer on the WADI SUDR bulk ship and as a Workshop Maintenance Engineer at Auto-Tech International, focusing on diagnostic and repair work. Abdelhady began the marine career as a Cadet Engineer on the AIDA IV supply vessel and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marine Engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.
