Doug Hescott

Doug Hescott is an experienced operations specialist with a strong background in transportation and logistics management. Currently serving as an Operations Specialist at Ruan Transportation Management Systems since June 2018, Doug oversees daily operations and planning for a fleet of drivers. In addition, Doug has been the Fleet Manager at Eagle Express Lines, Inc. since August 2016, focusing on timely delivery of USPS mail. Previously, Doug held the position of Site Lead at Courier Distribution Systems, managing daily operations to enhance delivery experiences for Amazon customers. Doug's earlier roles include Dispatcher at KRC Logistics, Dock Supervisor at Estes Express Lines, and Operations Supervisor at ABF Freight, demonstrating a consistent commitment to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout a career that began in 2007.
