D. Allen Spraggins

D. Allen Spraggins has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting from 1998, they served as the Vice President of Operations at Definition 6, where they managed the company's Project Portfolio Management (PPM) systems and implemented business analysis and process improvement initiatives. In 2003, they joined Silverpop as the Director of Professional Services and PMO, overseeing permission-based email marketing for clients such as Forbes and Best Buy. From 2005 to 2007, Spraggins worked as a Partner and Project Portfolio Manager at Franklin Street Investments, leading the implementation of a PPM system and consulting on web-centric solutions. D. Allen then served as an Operating Partner and Project Portfolio Manager at BioFuel Consultants, Inc. from 2007 to 2010, and as a Managing Partner and Project Portfolio Manager at Green Earth Options Biofuel, LLC from 2010 to 2011. Spraggins worked at ad2action.com as the Director of Professional Services and PMO Manager from 2009 to 2012. D. Allen then joined Hulcher Services as a PMO and Project Portfolio Manager from 2012 to 2016, implementing their first Project Portfolio Management system and providing project management strategy and consulting. Spraggins served as a PMO and Project Portfolio Manager at Orion Communications in 2016, where they designed PMO processes and managed the company's software suite for public safety organizations. From 2017 to 2023, Spraggins worked at Ruiz Foods as the Sr. PMO/EPPM Manager, where they managed a wide range of projects in the frozen foods market. Currently, since 2023, they hold the position of Senior Manager of IT Business Operations at Eagle Family Foods.

D. Allen Spraggins completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Human Resource Management at Palm Beach Atlantic University from 1995 to 1996. D. Allen also attained a certification as a Planview Champion from Planview, Inc. in September 2021.
