Kory Kramer

Kory Kramer is a Partner at Eagle Four Partners and serves as CEO of Pretorium, Inc., with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, development, financing, asset management, strategy, and investor relations. Kory has successfully led over $3 billion in transactions, including notable projects such as the transformation of the Fashion Island Hotel into Pendry Newport Beach and the repositioning of the Newport Beach Marriott Hotel & Spa. Prior to this role, Kory was Chief Investment Officer at Pacific Hospitality Group. Kory's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree (cum laude) from Boston College, and executive education from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
