Carmela Morales

Carmela Morales is a dedicated program manager currently enhancing operational efficiency at Eagle Genomics since February 2022. With a strong background in human resources, Carmela previously served as a talent development manager at WiredScore, where innovative HR strategies were implemented to improve operations for top executives. Experience also includes leading a team of 30 managers as a human resources project manager at Green Key Resources/NMIC, and managing recruitment tasks at the Environmental Defense Fund. Additional roles at Kinetic Worldwide and Bryant University involved administrative support and event coordination. Carmela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Literary and Cultural Studies with a minor in Business Administration from Bryant University.
