Dennis Woods

Dennis Woods serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Eagle Infrastructure Services since June 2021. Previously, Dennis held multiple leadership roles at Perennial Environmental Services, LLC from 2003 until September 2021, including President and Managing Partner. Prior to that, Dennis worked as an Environmental Specialist at Williams Gas Pipelines from 2001 to 2005 and as an Environmental Scientist at BHE Environmental, Inc. from 2000 to 2001. Additionally, Dennis contributed to flood data quality control at First American Flood Data from 1998 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Environmental Management, and an MBA from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
