James M. Watt

Dr. James M. Watt has a diverse work history in the field of life sciences. James M. has been working as the VP for Life Sciences at Eagle Health Analytics since 2020. Prior to that, they held the same position at Eagle Global Scientific starting from 2013. James M. Watt, PhD began their education at Mississippi State University in 1996, where they pursued a degree in Molecular Microbiology. James M. completed their studies in 2001, earning a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD). Following this, from 2001 to 2004, Watt attended the UAB School of Medicine as an NIH Post-Doctoral Scholar, specializing in the UAB Department of Microbiology. In terms of additional certifications, Watt obtained a Microarray Technology Certification from the J. Craig Venter Institute in April 2009. In July 2010, they obtained a HIPPA certification from HIPAA Training. In 2015, they earned an Executive Leadership Certification from Emory University-Goizueta Business School. Additionally, that same year, they gained certification in the EpiCore Global Surveillance Project - Digital Diseases Detection from ProMED-mail, a program at the International Society for Infectious Diseases.
