Nicole Wilson

Nicole joined Eagle Point Solar in 2015. As Service and Support Supervisor, Nicole works with clients to facilitate any necessary service and support requests, scheduling and deploying personnel based on severity and geography of the request. Nicole also works to filter the online chat and support email communication channels to quickly provide resolutions and technical support. Nicole previously served as a Lead System Design Analyst. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Environmental Science from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.
