Charles D. Levingston

Charles Levingston is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in banking and financial management. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at EagleBank since January 2012, Charles oversees wholesale funding, cash flow, correspondent banking relationships, investment portfolio management, and policy development. Prior roles at EagleBank include EVP of Finance, SVP of Asset Liability Management, and VP of Treasurer. Previous experience includes a managerial position at PricewaterhouseCoopers, providing regulatory compliance and risk management advisory services, and various roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and Atlanta, focusing on bank examination and customer service.
