Michael Warady

Michael Warady is a prominent leader in the water and wastewater sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of EAI Water since October 2021. As Principal and Co-Founder of Sylmar Group since May 2019, Michael focuses on acquiring and building businesses that enhance public health and environmental sustainability. Michael has provided advisory services to Epic Cleantec and Allonnia, companies known for their innovative approaches to water reuse and waste management, respectively. Prior experience includes founding Maike Water, a desalination technology firm, and serving as Project Manager at aquaTECTURE, LLC. Michael holds an MBA and a Master of Environmental Management from Yale University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts from Duke University, and has been recognized with several accolades, including the 2015 Yale Sobotka Seed Stage Venture Grant.
