Sandeep Mehta

Sandeep Mehta is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in AI governance and enterprise technology. Currently serving on the Advisory Board of the Ethical AI Governance Group and holding positions on advisory councils for SambaNova Systems, SAP LeanIX, and BGV, Sandeep actively promotes responsible AI practices. From 2021 to 2024, Sandeep served as Chief Technology Officer at The Hartford and has held significant roles such as EVP at Wells Fargo, where responsibilities included oversight of software quality assurance and enterprise-level platforms. Sandeep’s previous experience includes leading global engineering at UBS and board advisory roles at Actian and Blue Coat Systems. Sandeep holds a master's degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MSc in Physics from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, along with additional education from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering.
