Kieran Holmes-Darby

Kieran Holmes-Darby is a seasoned professional in the gaming and esports industry, currently serving as Business Director at Ear to the Ground since January 2024. As Co-Founder and Director of Holmes-Darby Consultancy from June 2018 to January 2024, Kieran developed esports strategies for leading game publishers and managed talents within the gaming influencer community. Previous roles include Gaming Director at Formula E, where Kieran implemented a go-to-market gaming strategy and enhanced digital fan engagement, and Esports Director at EXCEL ESPORTS, overseeing high-performance teams and cultivating brand loyalty. Kieran co-founded one of the UK's first professional esports teams and holds a Master of Science in Business, Law & Management from The University of Law, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Lancaster University.
