Skyler Schmidt is an experienced operations leader in the food service industry, currently serving as the Director of Franchise Operations at Earl of Sandwich since August 2018. Previously, Skyler held various roles including Franchise Business Consultant and Area Coach at Pizza Hut Inc, where responsibilities included evaluating operational compliance, staffing, training, and profitability for multiple locations. Extensive experience also includes serving as a District Manager for Burger King Corporation and managing operations at Steak Escape and McDonald's Corporation, focusing on franchise performance and business evaluations. Skyler holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Bowling Green State University.
