Tsitsi Makufa

Tsitsi Sharon Makufa is a seasoned social media and marketing professional with extensive experience at Earlham College, currently serving as a Social Media Specialist since July 2022. Responsibilities include scheduling posts via Sprout Social, analyzing metrics for content recommendations, and developing social media policies for campuswide use. Previously, Tsitsi held the Social Media Coordinator role, focusing on engagement and brand awareness across various platforms. Additional experience includes internships at Felsuma LLC and Lactalis Eswatini, where skills in marketing strategy, writing proposals, and social media management were further developed. Tsitsi holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Global Management from Earlham College and an IB Diploma from Waterford Kamhlaba UWCSA.
