Ella Swanson-Hysell

Ella Swanson-Hysell is an accomplished Product Manager and Senior Data Scientist at EarliTec Diagnostics, Inc. since November 2021. Previously, Ella held the position of Data Engineer at the University of St. Thomas and served as a Research Scientist at the University of Minnesota's Elison Lab, focusing on child development. Ella's early career included a role as a Simons Fellow in Computational Neuroscience at the Marcus Autism Center, Emory University, and experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota Math and Numeracy Lab, as well as at Lewis & Clark College. Ella's educational background includes a Master's degree in Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science, Psychology, and Chinese from Lewis & Clark College. Ella also completed non-degree studies at the University of Minnesota and conducted an ESL Teaching Internship at Go Fish English Language Learning Institute.
