Sreeni Narayanan

Sreeni Narayanan is the CTO at EarliTec Diagnostics. Prior to their current position, they were the Senior Director, R&D Strategy, Advanced Therapy (AT) Division at Siemens Healthineers from October 2010 to March 2019. In this role, they were responsible for steering the full life cycle development of medical imaging system software and advanced clinical applications for 4 product portfolios. Sreeni also supervised 50+ engineers, researchers, and product managers and managed a $20 million budget.

During their time at Siemens Healthineers, Narayanan identified white-space opportunities for AT division and led global technology projects to address those opportunities. Sreeni also contributed to a sector-wide initiative to fuel growth through disruptive business models by building a strategy for rural healthcare delivery model. In addition, they led the design and development of Eunoia, the AT division’s deep learning platform.

Narayanan has also established clinical collaboration projects with hospitals in India, China, and Brazil for the clinical validation phase of technology projects.

Sreeni Narayanan has a Bachelor of Technology from the University of Kerala and an MS in Applied Math from the Indian Institute of Science. Sreeni also has courses in Global Strategic Management, Negotiation, and Competitive Decision Making from Harvard Business School Executive Education. Sreeni is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at Harvard Business School.
