Kathleen Wentworth

Kathleen Wentworth has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Kathleen is currently the Human Resources Director at the Early Learning Coalition of Duval. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Consultant at Dynamic Corporate Solutions, Inc. In 2021, Kathleen served as the Vice President of Human Resources at TMM, Inc., where they implemented an HRIS system and reengineered core HR processes. From 2015 to 2021, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Mac Papers and Packaging, LLC, where they managed HR and payroll functions for a multi-state corporate with over 900 employees. Kathleen also held leadership positions at DPH Services, Momentum Logistics/R.R. Donnelley Logistics, e-dr.com, Southeast Toyota Distribution Inc., Vehicle Processing (JM Family Enterprises), Harte-Hanks Direct Marketing, and Right Associates, where they gained experience in recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR strategy.

Kathleen Wentworth pursued their education starting from their associate degree in Applied Business at The University of Akron. Kathleen then went on to complete their Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Studies at Eckerd College in 1992. Following this, Kathleen obtained a Master of Arts degree in Human Resource Development from Webster University in 1995. Years later, they obtained their Juris Doctor degree from Florida Coastal School of Law, where they studied from 1997 to 2001. Additionally, Kathleen has obtained certifications such as the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in December 2015. Kathleen has also acquired the SPHR certification from SHRM, although the specific date of acquisition is not provided.
