Jeremy Babb

Jeremy Babb has a strong background in the telecommunications industry, with extensive experience in network infrastructure and cloud operations. Jeremy is currently serving as the Director of Network Infrastructure & Cloud Operations at Early Warning®. Prior to this role, Jeremy held various positions at T-Mobile, including Director of Technology Network Services & Analytics, Senior Manager of Systems Design and Strategy, Manager of Systems Engineering Services Design, and Team Lead of Data Platforms Engineering. In these roles, they oversaw teams, developed operational strategies, implemented new technologies, and managed budgets and logistics. Before joining T-Mobile, Jeremy worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Voicestream Wireless, where they led a storage area network and resolved hardware and software issues.

Jeremy Babb holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Engineering Management from Arizona State University. Jeremy also obtained an Executive Certification in Leading with Data and Analytics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education in 2021. In 2020, Jeremy earned an Executive Certification in Leading Operational Excellence from MIT Sloan Executive Education. Furthermore, they obtained an Executive Certification in Implementing Winning Strategies from Columbia Business School in 2019. Jeremy's undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Engineering from Florida Institute of Technology. Jeremy also holds a certification in ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management obtained from PeopleCert in March 2018.
