Justin Fischer

Justin Fischer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Justin began their career at Allstate Insurance as a University Sponsored Intern, where they gained initial exposure to the industry. Justin then joined Syntrillium Software Corporation as a Web Application Developer before the company was acquired by Adobe Inc. During their time at Syntrillium Software Corporation, Justin played a pivotal role in web application development.

Justin then moved on to Apollo Education Group as a Software Engineer II, where they further enhanced their technical skills. Justin later joined America West Airlines as an Airport Automation Team Lead, managing various projects related to automation at airport terminals.

Following this, Justin joined US Airways (now American Airlines) as an IT Architect, where they focused on infrastructure design and development. Justin then transitioned to American Airlines as an SOA Technical Lead, responsible for guiding the implementation of Service-Oriented Architecture.

In 2015, Justin worked as a Contract Mobile Architect at SMCI & VincentBenjamin before joining Early Warning® in 2016. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Software Engineering at Early Warning®, where they lead the software engineering team.

Justin Fischer obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Information Systems (CIS) with Honors Cum Laude from Kent State University, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Lucidchart - Cloud Diagramming, Association of Enterprise Architects, TOGAF 9.2 (Level 1, 2) Certified Solution Architect, and Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solution Architect - Associate. The year of obtaining each certification is not provided, except for the AWS certification which was obtained in December 2017.
