Bianca Lo

Bianca Lo serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Earn Alliance since May 2023, focusing on recruiting top talent for the web3 game industry and overseeing full cycle recruiting processes. Prior to this role, Bianca held various positions at BAH Partners from May 2018 to May 2023, culminating in the position of Director, where responsibilities included expanding the firm's client base in the Finance and Tech sectors. Bianca's recruitment career began at Proco Global Group, specializing in R&D and Quality talent in the FMCG industry from April 2017 to April 2018. Previous experience also includes operational management at FC Packaging and a role in procurement support at Niagara Bottling. Bianca holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from New York University and a Master of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Southern California.
