Monica Spiteri

Monica Spiteri has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Monica is currently a Co-Founder at EarnDLT since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer at TechTal USA, starting in May 2016. Monica also worked as the Chief Executive Officer at JobPointer, where they focused on building quality relationships and serving clients from various industries.

Before their roles as CEO, Monica held the position of Business Development Director at Smartree Romania, Outsourcing, where they contributed to the growth of the company in the HR services industry. Additionally, they worked as a Commercial Director at TMF Group, with responsibilities such as expanding the client base and coordinating sales proposals for international clients. In this role, they also managed the HR and Payroll functions.

Monica started their career as a Senior HR Consultant at a management consulting company and later worked as an International Income Tax Consultant at PwC. Their experiences across different industries and sectors have provided their with a well-rounded background in various aspects of business operations.

Monica Spiteri obtained a Certificate in Personnel Practice from CIPD, studying Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from 2008 to 2010. Monica also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from the Academy of Economic Studies and another BBA degree in International Marketing from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion. Additionally, Monica obtained a CIPD Associate certification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development in October 2009.
