Gaurav Kailas Shinde

Gaurav Kailas Shinde is a seasoned software engineer with significant experience in full stack development and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer and Tech Lead at Earnest since November 2019, Gaurav is involved in automating loan decisions and implementing scalable web UIs using modern web technologies. Previously, Gaurav held positions at WGU Labs, Goldman Sachs, AT&T, and other companies, focusing on designing and implementing RESTful services, building GUIs, and developing web applications across various frameworks. Gaurav's educational background includes a Master of Science in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University and another Master of Science in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from Harrisburg University of Science and Technology. Gaurav has also completed a PG-DAC in Advanced Computing and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
