Kristen Ardito has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Kristen is currently the Director of the Program Management Office at Earnest. Previously, they worked as a Partner at Gravitas Consulting, where they developed and managed client relationships and led projects to maximize success.

Prior to that, Kristen worked at Olo, serving as the Director of Strategy and Operations, where they supported the development of operational KPIs, led time-critical projects for executives, and managed company priorities and strategic initiatives. Kristen also held the position of Director of Engineering Program Management and Delivery at Olo.

Kristen has also worked at Subway as the Global Sr. Director of PMO & Internal Consulting and as the Global Director of IT Process Improvement in the Office of CIO. In these roles, they oversaw DevOps efforts, managed quality engineering, advised executive technology on portfolio and project demand, and utilized data visualization and workforce planning tools.

Kristen'sprevious experience includes roles at Viacom as the Director of Process, Governance, and Tooling in the Enterprise PMO, at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. as a Senior IT Project Manager and Scrum Master, and at GUESS Watches as a Business Processing Analyst and in Strategic Planning.

Additionally, Kristen has experience as a Group X and Spinning Instructor at The Fitness Edge. Kristen has a strong background in project management, strategic planning, and operations, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SPC).

Kristen Ardito PMP, SPC holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Kristen also has a Master of Science (MS) degree in Sociology from Southern Connecticut State University, obtained from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained various certifications including Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in May 2016, SAFe Agilist (SA) from Scaled Agile, Inc. in December 2015, and Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in October 2015. Kristen also holds certifications in Spinner Instructor, Certified SAFe® 4 Program Consultant, and SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from various institutions.
