Renu Joy

Renu Joy is a seasoned technology and project management professional with extensive experience in leading complex projects and teams. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Program Manager at Earnest Inc. since February 2018, Renu previously held multiple roles at McGraw-Hill Education CTB, including Technical Program Manager and Scrum Leader, where Renu successfully managed digital assessment projects and improved Agile Scrum methodologies. Renu's career began as a Systems Analyst at Ramco Systems Inc., where development of HR/Payroll modules was undertaken. Renu holds a Master of Computer Applications from Gujarat University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics from St. Xavier's College, along with a certification in Development Project Management from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey.
