Donghao Zhao

Donghao Zhao is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a strong background in developing innovative technology solutions. Currently at Earnin, Donghao manages a team that designed and developed an experimentation platform using AWS RDS, CloudEvents, Kafka, and Spark, promoting data-driven decision-making and collaboration with data scientists and product managers. At Facebook, notable contributions include launching the Businesses Nearby Surface during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing an experiment system for Ads Engineering, and implementing an effective appointment booking system, achieving significant improvements in efficiency and cost reduction. Donghao's career began at Wayne Fueling Systems, where responsibilities included enhancing fuel business profitability through data reporting and analysis.
