Steven Flick

Steven Flick is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in customer relationship management and lifecycle marketing. Since January 2022, Steven has been the Head of CRM at EarnIn. Prior to this role, Steven served as the Sr. Lifecycle Marketing Manager at RealSelf for a brief period in 2021. Between 2017 and 2021, Steven held various senior positions at American Express, focusing on consumer loyalty marketing and marketing insights. Additional experience includes roles as Account Director at Manifest, Account Supervisor at Havas Helia, and various positions at Wunderman/RTC and The Media Trust. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University.
