Aaron Wright

Aaron Wright, FCAS, CPCU, serves as the Director of Strategy at Earnix since January 2022, bringing extensive experience from a distinguished career at USAA from 2002 to 2022. At USAA, Aaron held several key positions, including Assistant Vice President of Pricing Modernization, where strategic direction for modernizing pricing tools and processes was established. Other roles included Assistant Vice President of Product Development Analytics, where coordination of insurance pricing and segmentation models occurred, and Executive Director of P&C Modeling, overseeing predictive modeling to enhance decision-making and reduce costs. Aaron's earlier career included serving as an Actuary at Farmers Insurance, conducting rate reviews and regulatory correspondence. A Master's degree in Data and Analytics from The University of Texas at San Antonio complements a Bachelor's degree in Statistics from Brigham Young University.
