Liel Ben Moshe

Liel Ben Moshe currently serves as the Head of Employee Experience & HR Operations at Earnix since March 2020. Prior experience includes various roles at Marvell Semiconductor from 2003 to 2020, culminating in positions such as Business Partner for Outsourcing, Employee Experience & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, and Employee Experience Manager. Responsibilities included developing outsourcing strategies, leading social responsibility initiatives, managing employee experience programs, and overseeing well-being initiatives across multiple sites. Liel began with Marvell Israel Ltd. as an Office Operation & Site Logistics Manager, focusing on establishing logistics infrastructure and service contracts. Liel holds a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from the New York Institute of Technology and is currently pursuing further education at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
