You bring strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to lead multi-faceted residential building research projects from inception to completion. You are well-versed in building science and can apply your project management skills and technical awareness to collaboratively investigate research topics in the field of high-performance construction, energy efficiency technologies, and climate-friendly design approaches.
The Residential Innovations Manager will oversee and execute research projects focused on climate-friendly residential building technologies and design approaches. The Residential Innovations Manager will manage contracts, coordinate with key funding and implementation partners, develop written reports, support the implementation of field research, and ensure the successful overall delivery of project goals. Specifically, the Residential Innovations Manager will provide:
$75,000 - $100,000 annual compensation. Note: This range represents the compensation opportunity within this specific Earth Advantage job class. Compensation for new hires generally falls in the low to mid-point of the pay range.
