Laken Allen (She/Her)

Laken recently joined the multifamily programs team and brings project management and green building certification experience to her role. She was previously part of the multifamily team at Beyond Efficiency where she also earned her LEED Green Rater credential.

Outside of work, Laken enjoys spending time outside with her son, daughter, husband and pets. Her favorite activities include mountain biking, hiking, baking, reading, playing hockey and skiing.

She is excited about the opportunity to contribute to Earth Advantage's mission of promoting climate-friendly and equitable housing solutions.
