Gabriela S. G.'s work experience includes various roles in different companies. In 2012, they worked as an Analyst at SIITNEDIF - Fund Management, Grupo Fidentiis Equities. In 2013, they worked as an Analyst in Investor Relations and Financial Planning at Rumo / Antiga ALL América Latina Logística. In 2014, they participated in the SEO Summer Career Program at Sponsors for Educational Opportunity and also worked as an Asset Management Summer Analyst at J.P. Morgan. From 2015 to 2016, they served as a Global Investments Analyst at J.P. Morgan. In 2016, they became a Business Manager at Remasa Reflorestadora. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Earth Renewable Technologies as the Chief People Officer.

Gabriela S. G. completed their International Baccalaureate (IB) degree at the International School of Curitiba from 1997 to 2011. Later, from 2011 to 2015, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a major in Economics and a concentration in Sustainable Development at Columbia University. During their time at Columbia University, Gabriela took part in a Study Abroad program in 2013 at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, focusing on Economics.
