Eldhose Paul, CFM® PMP®, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in facility management and electrical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Facility Management Associate at EARTH since September 2019, Eldhose manages all facility management contracts, encompassing both hard and soft services. Previously at LuLu Group International, Eldhose held roles as an Electrical Engineer in Facility Management and Project phases, where responsibilities included team leadership, system optimization, and project execution. Earlier positions include Shift Engineer and Graduate Apprentice at the Kerala State Electricity Board, focusing on high-level maintenance and operational safety of electrical equipment. Eldhose holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Anna University Chennai, a Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH, and an Executive MBA in Project Management from Singhania University.
