Kaitlin Jones

Kaitlin Jones is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate Product Development Manager at Earthbound since November 2021. In addition to this role, Kaitlin is the Owner of Fashionably Kait, an online boutique specializing in women's athleisure, which has been operational since September 2019. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Property Manager and Marketing Specialist at Block Multifamily Group from February 2020 to November 2021, and a Consultant at Steve Madden from October 2018 to September 2019. Kaitlin is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business at the University of Arkansas Grantham, expected to be completed in 2023, following a high school diploma earned at Bentonville High School from 2014 to 2016.
