Alvin Punzalan

Alvin Punzalan has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Alvin began their career as a Hardware Technician at Computers for Schools, where they refurbished computers and maintained network devices and printers. Alvin then worked as a Computer Technician at Best Buy, providing technical support and repairing computers for clients.

In 2008, Alvin became an Instructor at ExitCertified, where they provided certified professional IT classes on behalf of Apple and Symantec across Canada. Alvin also traveled to different cities and trained at corporate headquarters.

Alvin joined Fully Managed in 2012 as a Systems Engineer, providing customer support and engaging vendor support for line of business applications. Alvin later transitioned into a role as a Consultant, strategically consulting clients and developing training materials to increase efficiency.
