Jeffrey Stein is an adjunct professor at New York University, teaching "Animals and the Law" in the Department of Environmental Studies since January 2024. Currently serving as an Associate Attorney in the Sustainable Food & Farming Program at Earthjustice since August 2023, Jeffrey Stein previously held positions such as Litigation Counsel at the PETA Foundation and Legal Fellow at Earthjustice.
