Olivia Palma

Olivia Palma has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. In 2011, they worked as a Conservation Agriculture Associate at Sustainable Empowerment through Agricultural Development (SEAD). In 2013, they served as a Marketing Manager at TumericALIVE. From 2014 to 2018, Olivia was the Director of Operations at PlantMed Inc., a nonprofit focused on traditional Amazonian Plant Medicine. During this period, they also worked as a Freelance Senior Consultant, where they built bridges for innovative solutions to reach indigenous Amazonian communities, created culturally relevant economic opportunities, and co-produced the first Amazonian-focused podcast. Currently, Olivia is Nature Ops Project Lead at Earthshot Labs since 2022.

Olivia Palma completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International/Global Studies from Lehigh University, where they attended from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Millburn High School from 2005 to 2009. Olivia has also obtained a certification in Business Strategies for a Better World from Wharton Online in September 2021.
