Ridmi Rathnasooriya

Ridmi Rathnasooriya has a diverse range of work experience. Ridmi worked as a Lead Project Manager at ilume from April 2021 to July 2022, where they implemented agile project management practices and administered JIRA for the company. Prior to that, they were an End to End Project Manager at Nestlé from February 2020 to April 2021, successfully completing a robotic automation project within budget and timeframe. Ridmi also worked as a Food Safety Coordinator at Nestlé from November 2018 to February 2020, where they improved quality incident investigation methods and collaborated on hygiene projects. Before that, they worked as a Food Safety and Quality Technologist at General Mills from December 2015 to July 2018 and as an Engineering Trainee at Melbourne Water in August to September 2014.

Ridmi Rathnasooriya obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Melbourne, studying from 2010 to 2014.
