Erika Fray

Erika Fray has extensive work experience in various roles. Erika started their career at NPM Franchising LLC in 2009, where they worked as a Product & Nutrition Advisor. In this role, they wrote articles evaluating manufacturers and products, assisted with franchise meetings and training sessions, and conducted training sessions for franchisees and support staff. In 2013, Erika worked as an Administrative Intern in the Community Gardens Program at Portland Parks & Recreation, where they updated member information, created promotional material, and communicated with program members and volunteers. Since 2014, Erika has been working at EarthWise Pet Franchise as the Vice President of Project Management.
