Sam Roudman is a seasoned research consultant and producer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry, currently working at HBO since August 2020. Roudman specializes in historical and investigative research for miniseries and shows, collaborating closely with showrunners, writers, and executives. In addition to the work at HBO, Roudman has been a producer for Adam Conover’s podcast at Headgum since January 2019. Previous roles include co-producer for Netflix's "The G Word," researcher for Comedy Central's "Drunk History," and senior researcher for TruTV's "Adam Ruins Everything." Roudman's journalistic background includes reporting for Vocativ during the 2016 presidential election. Roudman holds a Master's degree from the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY and a Bachelor's degree in History with minors in Philosophy and Music History from UCLA.
