Victoria K.

Victoria K. currently serves as the Director of Education at EASA, where responsibilities include advancing the organization's mission through strategic educational initiatives for electrical apparatus service professionals. Prior to this role, Victoria was the AVP of Learning Programs at the National Association of Manufacturers, leading the development of the IRI Training Program and fostering engagement through collaboration. As VP of Learning Programs at Innovation Research Interchange, Victoria managed training initiatives and developed metrics for cost justification. Victoria also founded AirConAcademy, a vocational skills training startup, and held various roles at API and the NAPE Educational Foundation, focusing on program management and educational development. Victoria holds a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design and Adult Learning from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master's in Public Administration from American University.
