Ernesto Milian

Ernesto Milian is the Vice President of Technology at Thrive. He is responsible for managing Thrive’s outsourced IT services, cybersecurity, and Cloud solutions throughout the U.S. and UK.

Before Thrive, Ernesto was the Vice President of Technology at Preemo before being acquired by Thrive in 2022. He successfully managed the technology powering the comprehensive managed IT services and Cloud solutions for small to medium-sized businesses throughout South Florida.

Ernesto has held several IT executive and leadership positions, including President and CEO of the Codified Consulting Corp and Senior Network Administrator at Miami Dade College where he supported the overall management of the large college IT network.

He received his bachelor’s degree in information technology and master’s degree in management information systems from Florida International University in Miami.
