Caroline Ryan is a seasoned professional in retail operations and business intelligence, currently serving at Eason & Son Ltd since November 2006 in various analytical roles. Caroline has expertise in running and developing BI reports for multiple departments, creating automated reports in Microsoft Excel utilizing VBA, and designing user-friendly dashboards. Previous roles also include Asset Protection Analyst and Retail Supervisor, demonstrating strong analytical and supervisory skills within the retail environment. In addition to a comprehensive education in Information Systems Management and Business, Caroline has also provided academic support as a tutor at GMIT, fostering the development of students with special needs.
