Nellni (Singh) Hogan has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, starting as a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern at Pyramid Alternatives in 2011. Nellni then progressed to various roles such as Assistant Manager, Director of Programs, and finally Behavioral Health Program Manager. In 2015, they also established a private practice in psychotherapy. Later, they transitioned to the East Bay Agency for Children, where they served as Clinical Supervisor, Program Director, and eventually Senior Director for School Based Behavioral Health. Additionally, they briefly taught as an Adjunct Professor at San Francisco State University in 2021.
Nellni (Singh) Hogan obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from San Francisco State University in 2007. Nellni furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Counseling Specializing in Marriage Family and Child Counseling from the same institution in 2011.
