Charles Noel

Charles Noel is an experienced educator and administrator currently serving as the Director of Operations at East Bay Innovation Academy since July 2022. Prior to this role, Charles held various teaching and management positions, including Systems Manager and 7th Grade Reading and Social Studies Teacher at The Mission Preparatory School. Charles also taught 8th Grade Reading and English Language Development at KIPP Colorado Schools, and served as a 7th Grade English Teacher at Carmen High School of Science and Technology, as well as a teacher at Milwaukee Public Schools. Charles began the educational journey with Teach For America and has a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from Colorado College and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Alverno College.
