Miranda Thorman currently serves as the Executive Director of East Bay Innovation Academy, a public charter school in Oakland, CA, since June 2023. Previously, from July 2019 to June 2023, Miranda was the Middle School Principal at The Academy of Alameda, where a transition to a more equitable competency-based learning model was led.
