Thuie Tran is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at East Bay Regional Park District since August 2021, Thuie has previously held roles at AC Transit, where responsibilities included senior HR analysis, managing talent acquisition and retention, and overseeing retirement system processes.
